The Role:
We are seeking a flexible, people‑oriented, hands-on Finance Manager to join a diverse team within a unique working environment.
This is a high-visibility role supporting finance operations across four organisations, requiring someone who can work independently, adapt quickly, and navigate processes with patience and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting for four separate entities, ensuring timely, accurate reporting.
- Handle quarterly VAT submissions (preparation, filing, compliance).
- Support year-end closing, external audits, reconciliations, and all statutory requirements.
- Prepare financial statements, monthly closings, and management reporting packs.
- Maintain control of cash flow, payment cycles, and bank reconciliations.
- Work across a variety of operational finance tasks – this is a highly varied role with no two days the same.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across different departments.
- Navigate organisational needs with patience; understand how to support while maintaining strong compliance.
- Support salary processing and assist with periodic HR-related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with management on payroll, employee files, and confidential documentation.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Communicate with HQ, including occasional travel (1–2 times per year).

Experience & Qualifications
- Formal accounting accreditation (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or similar).
- Solid financial accounting experience, ideally within SME or mid-sized environments.
- Experience handling multiple entities is a strong advantage.
