Role Overview:
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and in-room dining, maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, innovation, and a passion for delivering world-class dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and promotions.
Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure efficient inventory management.
Handle VIP guests and special events, ensuring flawless execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel.
