Job Description
Financial
Leadership
and Strategy Execution  Steer the company’s financial strategy to support hyper-growth while ensuring
financial stability
and compliance. Develop and oversee financial systems, processes, and controls to support the company’s operational needs.  Budgeting Mastery and Forecasting
Precision
Craft, manage, and track the company’s budgets meticulously to ensure financial prudence and accountability. Provide accurate financial forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the business.
Supervise all financial operations including accounting, investments, and corporate finance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Build a
cash flow management
tool to oversee weekly cash movements and better build cash reserves. Develop financial models to simulate and assess business opportunities.
Financial Analysis
and Reporting  Deliver comprehensive financial reports, distilling complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision making.  Stakeholder Engagement and Relations  Foster robust relationships with financial institutions, investors, and internal stakeholders, managing
communication
and reporting.
Regulatory Compliance
and Risk Management  Guarantee adherence to financial laws and regulations, managing all company financial risks with foresight.
Team Development
and
Leadership
Lead, mentor, and build a finance team poised for excellence, promoting
continuous learning
and growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
8+ years of progressive experience in financial management roles, with a
proven track record
of success and increasing responsibility in the field. Exceptional proficiency in English, with stellar written and verbal
communication skills
. A strategic mindset with a
results-oriented
approach and a history of high performance.
Experience with
in startup or growth companies, adept at operating in
fast-paced
, matrixed environments. Strong relationship-building capabilities with a range of stakeholders (suppliers, bankers, customers, etc.).
Technical proficiency
with financial management software (ERP systems), online platforms, and advanced tools. Demonstrated
leadership
capabilities with both strategic acumen and strong
analytical skills
. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an MBA or relevant certification (such as CPA or CFA).
