Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for numbers? We are currently seeking a talented General Accountant to join our team. As a General Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
prepare and record payroll
Prepare financial statements on a monthly and annual basis
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
Maintain organized records of all financial transactions
Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends
Reconcile with inter company transactions including Suppliers and customers in monthly basis
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA designation preferred)
Prior Minimum 2 year experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Familiarity with accounting software Tally and advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Aptitude for analyzing complex financial data and providing meaningful insights
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Prefer Kerala candidates
Experience in Logistic/Transportation field is more advantage
