We’re Hiring | Finance Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 15,000 – 16,000 per month
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead finance operations, financial planning, compliance, and business partnering for a leading retail and edutainment organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing multi-store finance operations while driving financial performance and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations across multiple business units.
- Manage AP, AR, General Ledger, cash flow, treasury, payroll coordination, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
- Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead audits, strengthen finance processes, and drive finance transformation initiatives.
- Mentor and manage the finance team while ensuring operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Professional Qualification: CMA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or CA Inter.
- 8–12 years of Finance & Accounting experience (maximum 15 years).
- Minimum 5 years of Retail industry experience (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience managing multi-store finance operations.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, financial reporting, VAT, cash flow management, and audits.
- UAE experience is highly preferred.
