Responsibilities
1. Undertake the group’s financial system, formulate the financial system and operating procedures of the subsidiary in combination with local regulations in the Saudi Arabia and actual business conditions, supervise the implementation, and cooperate with the group’s audit.
2. Be responsible for the financial accounting, budget preparation and execution analysis of the subsidiary, regularly submit financial statements and work reports, and cooperate with the group’s audit and information disclosure work.
3. Establish the internal control and risk control mechanism of the subsidiary, control capital safety and project financial risks, and ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
4. Formulate capital operation plans and tax planning schemes, connect with local banks and tax authorities, and ensure smooth capital flow and tax compliance.
5. Promote the implementation of the group’s financial information system in the subsidiary, and coordinate internal cross-departmental financial docking work and financial docking with the group headquarters.
6. Be responsible for the management, performance appraisal and training of the local financial team to improve the professional capabilities of the team.
Qualification
s1. Chinese nationality, bachelor’s degree or above in finance-related majors, priority given to those holding CPA or senior professional titles in finance, and able to work in the Saudi for a long time
.2. More than 8 years of financial work experience, more than 3 years of financial management experience in overseas subsidiaries (preference given to those with experience in Middle East / the Saudi), and priority given to those with financial docking experience in engineering enterprises or multinational groups
.3. Familiar with Philippine fiscal and taxation policies, foreign exchange policies and international accounting standards, and master core skills in financial accounting, budgeting, tax planning and risk control
.4. Possess good team management, cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, clear thinking, strong pressure resistance, and be honest and rigorous
.5. Fluent in both English and Chinese in listening, speaking, reading and writing
