Support the Finance team in daily administrative and accounting tasks while gaining practical exposure to hotel finance operations, reporting, controls and documentation in a professional hospitality environment.

Basic hotel finance and accounting processes: invoice checking, filing and document control; support with accounts payable & receivable and general finance administration; income audit and revenue‑related documentation;
Excel‑based reporting and data entry accuracy; professional finance controls and confidentiality standards in hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Finance team with daily administrative and accounting support tasks.
  • File invoices, payment documents, vouchers and finance records accurately.
  • Support data entry and updating of finance trackers and reports.
  • Assist in checking invoices, statements and supporting documents.
  • Help organise accounts payable and receivable documentation.
  • Support stock cost or audit‑related paperwork where required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and documents.
  • Learn and follow company policies, finance procedures and internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Student or fresh graduate in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or related field.
  • Strong interest in finance and hotel operations.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage.
  • Good attention to detail, accuracy and organisation.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and Word.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
