Position overview:
We are looking for a Finance Executive to support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Process supplier invoices, payments, and employee expense claims.
- Raise customer invoices and follow up on collections.
- Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Support VAT compliance, audits, and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of accounting or finance experience in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the UAE.
- Familiarity with VAT regulations.
- ACCA (completed or pursuing) preferred.
- Experience working in a service-based or marketing agency environment.
Note: Up to AED 5,000 per month (all-inclusive) ONLY for candidates with strong relevant experience and ACCA qualification (completed or actively pursuing).
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
