About the Job The Finance Executive will oversee the business’s cash, funds, and financial transactions. They will also be responsible for liquidity forecasting and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating processes to help the company maintain operational cash flow.
Managing multiple segregated accounts.
Performing risk assessments.
Developing regular treasury and fund movement reports for review by executives.
Building relationships
with business partners and liquidity providers.
Undertaking daily treasury management activities.
Assessing and implementing appropriate financial technology.
Overseeing banking permissions.
Conducting foreign currency trades, including digital currencies.
Creating processes for billing and reporting.
Ensuring accurate account balances.
Developing treasury automation processes.
Researching industry regulations to ensure compliance.
Reviewing banking fees.
Executing digital and wire transfers.
Assessing new banking products and services.
Participating in audit-related activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Holding a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or membership in a professional accounting body, with strong
analytical skills
.
Having 4-5 years of experience in business finance, preferably within a financial institution or the payments industry.
Hands-on experience
managing digital currencies/virtual assets is mandatory.
Experience in cash management, treasury operations, cash flow, and
financial analysis
.
Proficient with Excel formulas and functions; familiar with data query/data management tools (Access, SQL, Business Objects).Strong interpersonal, written, and oral
communication skills
.
Comfortable working independently and dealing with ambiguity.
Ability to interact effectively with executive management.
