What you’ll do:
Ensure Entity accountings and books keepings, partner with local cross functional teams and ensure financial and accounting controls.
Lead Country Finance profile and support Head Office/SSC and support local operation team in Finance matters.
Drive Country level Controls, and adherence to Compliance, manage country level G&A cost and budgets.
Supports Country level Treasury and Banking processes and controls matrix.
Closely Liaising with Global shared Services to ensure Process improvements in Payable process. Maintain stipulated SLA/ TAT for P2P process, strengthen the invoices validation and 3way match process, Ensure on time vendors/employee’s payouts.
Ensure timely completion period closure of books and support Global Financial Reporting team to ensure on time reporting.
Ensure smooth month end / quarter end / year end close process, drive financial hygiene and cleanup process, ensure timely delivery of P&L and Balance sheet schedules for Reviews
Handle periodic monthly/ quarterly/ year end intercompany reconciliation activities, ensure on time submission of MIS/reports.
Strong Team player and should be capable to handle incremental transactions load with a positive attitude.
Handle cross functions relationships and provide proactive support and resolutions to business and stakeholders.
Work closely with the Central Finance team to support and have smooth closure of Internal and Statutory Audits and timely data support and query resolutions.
Support to the Central taxation team.
Ensure adherence to statutory and taxation compliance and ensure on time payouts for all statutory/ tax liabilities in adherence to local compliance with Zero tolerance.
Ensure monthly Credit Card recons, wallet top up Recons.

What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, General Accounting or a similar field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Exposure to eCommerce Industry
Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable, General Ledger of books of account keeping
Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skill
You are a strategic commercial thinker with impressive analytical skills and critical mindset. You have strong technical skills in Microsoft / Google Suite
You have outstanding communication skills and can drive projects with different teams across the organization, including senior management stakeholder
