Education

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications like CFA/CPA preferred).
4-5 years of finance experience, preferably in real estate development.
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, including DLD and OQOOD processes.
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and strategic direction of the organization.
Role & Responsibilities:
Planning & Reporting:
Develop and oversee financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for real estate projects.
Analyze project expenses and provide variance reports to management.
Project Financing & Feasibility Studies:
Manage funding requirements, including maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Prepare and review financial models for project feasibility and investment analysis.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to Dubai Land Department (DLD) and other regulatory bodies.
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records and project-related documentation.
Leadership & Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.
Lead interactions with auditors, accountants, and legal teams during financial reviews and audits.
Cash Flow &
Risk Management:
Monitor cash flow to align with project milestones and operational needs.
Develop and implement strategies for effective cash flow and risk mitigation.
