Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting and consolidation activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial information in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting processes to strengthen transparency and financial discipline.
- Manage external audit processes, coordinating with auditors and ensuring successful completion of audit requirements.
- Provide strategic oversight on tax planning, compliance, and financial risk management while supporting business objectives.
- Drive improvements across finance processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Lead and develop finance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
- 12+ years of experience across financial reporting, accounting, financial controls, and tax management.
- Strong expertise in IFRS, financial consolidation, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Experience leading finance functions within complex organisations or large-scale environments.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
