- IT Business Analyst with strong knowledge in Accounting
- Preferably worked on IFRS 17 Implementations
- Strong in MS Excel
- Strong Analytical knowledge
- Insurance domain knowledge is an added advantage
- Very good oral and written communication skills with good interpersonal communication skills
- Bridginggap between Finance & IT Teams. Strong in requirements gathering and gap analysis and conveying requirements to IT Teams.
- Lead implementation of IFRS 17 system changes and ensure proper delivery on time
- Understand business processes, lead the effort to continuously improve operational efficiency & related changes required for IFRS 17 implementation.
- Perform detailed analysis of changes required in the areas of general ledger,accounting payable, accounts receivable, billing, fixed assets, andother sub ledgers to support the IT & finance teams due to IFRS 17implementation
- Perform detailed analysis of changes required in the technical areas to comply IFRS 17 implementation
- Identify, define, and document requirements for problems, solutions, and improvements pertains to IFRS 17
- Participate in and comply with data request for IFRS 17 implementation and various audits.
- Research new features and provide recommendations that will benefit the IT & Finance Team.
