Job Description:
We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Payment/Billing Specialist to join our team in Dubai. If you have experience in handling payments, billing processes, or customer service, or if you’re a fresh graduate looking to start your career, this position could be perfect for you. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process payment transactions for customers and clients.
Handle billing inquiries, discrepancies, and process billing adjustments.
Maintain accurate records of all payments and billing details.
Ensure compliance with company policies and payment terms.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and assist in streamlining processes.
Work with customer service teams to handle billing-related inquiries and resolve issues.
Meet targets and deadlines while ensuring high levels of accuracy.
Required Skill Set:
Proficiency in computer operations (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, etc.)
Previous experience in BPO, telesales, customer service, telecalling, or target-driven jobs is a plus
Freshers (Graduates) are welcome to apply; training will be provided
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working Hours & Shift Timings:
9-hour shift
6 working days per week, with 1 day off
Shifting schedule: morning and graveyard shifts
Nationality Preference:
Philippine Nationals only (Mandatory)
Age Preference:
Candidates under the age of 28 years (Mandatory)
