Role Purpose
To effectively manage a multicultural team of operators, overseeing operations activities during their respective shift with a focus on high safety standards, quality, productivity, and timely delivery of superior products at the right cost and with the right quality.
Key Accountabilities
· Daily Operations
· Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the Filling Team leader to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
· Ensure that Filling Operators request the packaging materials according to the production plan, considering the availability of packaging materials in the buffer store.
· Manage the daily production plan according to production program (sequence, date, and time).
· Ensure CUTE is updated timely with the accurate data captured by Filling Operators.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education and Certification Requirements
·Bachelor degree in Food, or Engineering, with a minimum 3 years experience at the supervisory level.
·Dairy Food Technology Diploma / Technical Diploma, with a minimum 5 years experience at the supervisory level.
Experience, Knowledge and Expertise:
3-5 years’ experience at the supervisory level.
Excellent English in reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Safety and Quality consciousness.
