Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet high standards.
Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and cleanliness.
Oversee and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
Monitor food costs and work within budgetary guidelines.
Source and manage high-quality ingredients, ensuring freshness and authenticity.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special promotions.
Skills:
