Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to café standards.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
Prepare light food items, such as pastries, sandwiches, and salads, as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using the café’s point-of-sale system.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the café.
