Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with engineering specifications.
- Supervise, motivate, and manage on-site installation teams, fabricators, and sub-contractors; assign clear daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections of all installations with zero tolerance for defects, marks, bumps, or structural issues prior to client handover.
- Accurately read, interpret, and implement technical, fabrication, and structural drawings on site.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers and the production team; report progress, resolve technical issues, and coordinate material logistics.
- Enforce strict adherence to UAE site safety standards, PPE requirements, and company administrative protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Field Supervisor in the UAE, preferably in metal fabrication, structural steel, or integrated manufacturing environments.
- Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering, fabrication, and structural blueprints.
- Demonstrated track record of effectively managing and controlling labor/installation teams on active job sites.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to premium-quality finishing and craftsmanship.
- Fluent in English (Hindi/Urdu is a strong advantage for effective team coordination).
- Valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred (for travel between fabrication facilities and client sites).
