Responsibilities
- Execute international and offshore bid processes, including cost estimation, project planning, and pricing.
- Develop and manage end-to-end project execution plans for offshore and international onshore deployments.
- Support country entry strategies, including logistics and in-country setup.
- Manage international subcontractors to ensure compliance with local requirements and successful execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships with both management and operations teams.
- Deliver and communicate reports, data insights, and information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize pre-sales and post-sales efforts.
- Design and implement operational process improvements.
Requirements
- Oil and Gas offshore field experience.
- International field experience.
- 4+ years of experience in account management or customer-facing project management.
- Demonstrated experience with independent international project planning and execution.
- Proven success in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel internationally to offshore and international fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cohesively with scientists, engineers, and executives.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. in a hard science field.
- Demonstrated track record of growing company revenue.
