Role Responsibilities:
Works under direct supervision to perform on-site field service regarding installing, updating, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing equipment to meet customer requirements.
Uses standard procedures to install, test, service, and repair equipment according to company specifications and customer needs.
Performs basic on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.
Inspects equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning.
Maintains logs of performance problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests, and submits weekly reports.
Additional responsibilities include following standard processes, completing daily tasks and timesheets, ensuring
customer satisfaction
, documenting work, diagnosing malfunctions, making estimates, assisting in repairs, cleaning components, working as part of a team, recognizing safety hazards, escalating issues, managing tools and inventory, and attending trainings.
Role
Purpose:
Diagnostic review, repair, replacement of parts, and installation of equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience or internship in HVAC.A valid driving license is a plus.
Knowledge of DX & Airside Equipment and Reciprocating chillers.
