As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced biomedical equipment, ensuring the highest level of service and support for healthcare providers. What You’ll Be Doing:
Conducting installation, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting solutions to clients.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver hands-on training and operational guidance.
Managing service documentation, reports, and client feedback.
Collaborating with global teams to implement best practices in field service operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Previous experience in field service engineering within the medical devices or healthcare technology sector is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Willingness to travel within the Kingdom for client support.
