The Role:
Diagnose and repair faulty equipment on site, communicating effectively with the Service department and end-customer. Conduct preventive maintenance visits to ensure optimal performance of equipment. Instruct customers on the day-to-day use and maintenance of hardware equipment and software collateral. Complete intervention reports with customer sign-off and keep knowledge up to date through
continuous learning
. Conduct product installations, training, and demonstrations, reflecting deep technical knowledge and
problem-solving skills
.
Exhibit customer-oriented, independent, and team player qualities while displaying a

and willingness to travel frequently. Â
The Ideal Candidate
