Your
Tasks
Customer Site Support: Work with senior service engineers and team members to perform equipment and system maintenance, examine faults, repair onsite or dismount for repair, and perform measurements and tests.
Server and Network Support: Support physical and virtual servers, network components including routers, switches, and firewalls, and create service reports.
Project Support: Assist project engineers with site assessment, installation, connection, commissioning, cabling, antenna mounting, labeling, acceptance testing, system configuration, and documentation.
System Engineering and Sales Support: Prepare site survey reports, develop system configurations, review design documents, conduct customer demos, and contribute to sales presentations.
Lab/Warehouse Support: Attend to repair and maintenance of defective equipment.
Your Qualifications
College degree or similar in Electronics, Communications, IT, Mechanics, or related field.
Relevant experience in communication and IT systems is preferred; studies experience is a plus.
Knowledge of LLM systems/web programming (C++, Python) is advantageous.
Basic understanding of RF fundamentals, especially in HF, VHF, and UHF bands.
Familiarity with Windows Server, virtualization, and core networking.
Excellent English and Arabic skills; additional languages like French or Urdu are a plus.
Strong teamwork, adaptability, self-organization, and willingness to learn and travel.
UAE Driver License is a plus.
