Your goal is to achieve sales by category by maximizing both short- and long-term growth opportunities and to build long-term relationships with customers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Achieve core distribution targets, including the listing of new SKUs, success metrics, visibility, and other elements outlined in the Business Development Agreement (BDA).

Develop strong relationships with customers and negotiate contracts regarding visibility, shelve space, promotions, and implementations.

Organize daily field visits and follow up with stores in your assigned area to ensure product availability.

Report market intelligence, including sales analysis, monthly initiatives, competitor activities, launches, customer plans, and shopper profiles, to sales management.

Ensure effective implementation of promotional plans in stores within your area.

Maintain on-shelf availability of all products by coordinating with merchandisers and conducting store visits.

Ensure proper product handling and condition on shelves according to company policy.

Audit, rotate, and manage stock levels in shelves and warehouses, addressing short expiry issues as per company policy.

Handle collections and financial reconciliations in line with Nestlé’s payment terms.

Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and submit necessary reports and forms.

Follow up with merchandisers on their daily plans, resolve issues, and provide feedback on stock handling, shelf implementation, secondary placements, and gondolas.

Ensure strict adherence to all activities, including trade activities, in compliance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes, Nestlé Instructions, and local regulations. Nestlé personnel must not seek or give advice to pregnant women or mothers of infants and young children regarding infant formula in their business capacity.

What Will Make You Successful

University Degree

0-4 years of experience

FMCG experience is a plus
