We’re Hiring: Female Tagalog-Speaking Sales Representatives
Do you have a passion for luxury fragrances and exceptional customer service? We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team at Nad Al Sheba & Al Barsha, Dubai!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Assistance – Welcome and assist customers in selecting their preferred perfumes.
✅ Product Knowledge – Provide expert recommendations and demonstrations.
✅ Sales & Targets – Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
✅ Transactions & After-Sales – Handle payments, discounts, and customer inquiries.
✅ Store Maintenance – Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and stock replenishment.
✅ Company Standards – Follow dress code, store procedures, and security protocols.
✅ Teamwork & Updates – Stay informed on new product launches and promotions while working collaboratively with the team.
Requirements:
✔ Female applicants only
✔ Tagalog-speaking is required
✔ Excellent communication & customer service skills
✔ Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively
✔ Highly organized with attention to detail
✔ Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
✔ Prior experience in luxury retail or fragrance sales is a plus
✔ Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment
What We Offer:
Total Salary: AED 2,500 per month
Location: Nad Al Sheba & Al Barsha, Dubai
Working Hours: 8-hour shifts
