Field Sales Merchandiser – Frozen Food Jobs in Sharjah, UAE/Dubai at TASC Outsourcing
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets as per the agreed schedule.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and positioned according to brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Check product pricing, promotional materials, and shelf displays.
- Ensure adequate shelf space and product visibility
. - Monitor product expiry dates and follow FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Set up promotional displays and point-of-sale materials.
- Coordinate with store staff and sales teams regarding stock and display requirements.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, store visits, and merchandising activities.
- Report out-of-stock situations and other market observations to the supervisor.
- Maintain good relationships with store managers and retail staff.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School/Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser, Sales Merchandiser, Retail Merchandiser, or FMCG Merchandiser preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and merchandising.
- Ability to travel between multiple retail locations.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- UAE retail/FMCG experience is an advantage
