Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Accounting & Compliance Services
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Field Sales Executive to join our accounting firm. The role involves generating new business, visiting client locations, collecting documents, coordinating service requirements, and ensuring timely payment collection. The ideal candidate is confident, disciplined, and comfortable working in the field to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Promote the company’s accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and compliance services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service explanations at customer locations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Visits & Documentation
- Visit customer offices to collect required documents for accounting, VAT filing, corporate tax filing, and other services.
- Verify document completeness and coordinate with internal teams for processing.
- Maintain proper records of collected documents and ensure timely submission.
3. Payment Collection
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
- Collect cheques, cash, or online payment confirmations as per company policy.
- Submit collected payments to the accounts department with proper documentation.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service status.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the internal team.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and sales pipeline updates.
- Coordinate with the operations, accounting, and compliance teams for smooth service delivery.
- Provide weekly performance reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in accounting, financial services, or B2B sales).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with accounting services (VAT, bookkeeping, corporate tax) is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude.
