Field Sales Executive (Salon Division) Jobs in Dubai at Vivandi
Responsibilities:
Managing all stages of the project from concept to detail design, and tender.
Leading the engineering delivery team and manage project activities through the application of technical engineering planning, principles and techniques.
Review project deliverables including writing technical reports, gathering information, drafting proposals, handling project correspondence.
Liaison with the different teams working to facilitate completion of tasks, and project.
Understanding of client requirements and processes.
Identify and qualify potential customers by researching and assessing their needs, aligning with the company’s target market and customer profile.
Generate new leads through various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and other outbound marketing efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to ensure a positive experience with the company.
Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Meet or exceed sales goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor in civil engineering.
Proven experience of 3 to 4 years as civil engineer or as sales or business development executive
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of employees, clients, consultants and vendors.
Practical knowledge of general architectural practice including programming, site planning, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering.
Prior experience in UAE not less than 2 years.
Understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
Preferred to have Sales skills with experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals.
Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English), both verbal and written.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify potential business opportunities and develop effective plans.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
Comfortable with change and able to adapt to new situations quickly.
Must be able to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah
Must be ready to travel.
Must have a UAE driving license.
