Job Summary
GulfCare for Para Pharmaceutical Products Trading LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and expand our portfolio of premium dental and oral care products across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with dental clinics and healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell the company’s dental and oral care product portfolio to dental clinics, pharmacies, healthcare facilities, and distributors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dentists, procurement officers, clinic managers, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Client Relationship Management
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sampling activities.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries and purchase orders.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and excellent after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the company’s reporting system.
Lead Generation
- Conduct daily cold calls and prospecting activities.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into active customers.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations to management.
- Identify new market opportunities for business expansion.
Reporting & Administration
- Submit daily activity reports, weekly sales updates, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and expenses.
- Coordinate with the Administration and Marketing teams on product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives.
