We are Hiring Junior Engineer Store Keeper (Spare Parts) to join our company in Sharjah, UAE.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the receipt, storage and issuance of heavy equipment spare parts and materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Read and interpret Electronic Parts Catalogues to ensure correct parts handling.
Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of spare parts.
Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and storage of spare parts to facilitate easy retrieval.
Monitor and control stock levels to avoid overstocking or understocking.
Maintain proper documentation of stock movements, purchase orders and supplier invoices.
Assist in the preparation of reports related to inventory and store activities.
Ensure compliance with safety and storage regulations.
Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to fulfill spare parts requirements efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in Spare Parts Store Operations, preferably in Heavy Equipment.
– Strong knowledge of Heavy Equipment Spare Parts and store operations.
– Proficiency in Electronic Parts Catalogue reading.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
– Knowledge of ERP software for inventory and procurement management.
– Understanding of spare parts procurement processes and supplier coordination.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Attention to detail with excellent record-keeping abilities.
– Good communication skills in English.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Final salary will be decided after the interview and Accommodation & Transportation will be provided by the company.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
