ECOWIDE GENERAL TRADING LLC is looking for a dedicated Fiberglass Laminator to become part of our manufacturing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will carry out fiberglass lamination activities, including preparing molds and materials, applying resin and fiberglass layers, and assisting with finishing work to ensure products meet the required quality standards. The role involves working under the guidance of the Production Supervisor or Fiberglass Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare molds, fiberglass materials, and resins before production.
- Apply fiberglass matting and resin according to production specifications.
- Remove air bubbles and ensure proper bonding during the lamination process.
- Assist with trimming, sanding, and surface finishing of completed products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in fiberglass lamination or a similar production role.
- Basic understanding of fiberglass materials, resins, and lamination techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual work and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits
- AED 1,800 – AED 2,500 per month (depending on skills and experience)
- Employment visa provided by the company
- Medical insurance and annual leave as per UAE Labour Law
