Key Responsibilities:

1. New Agent Onboarding & Training

Develop and implement structured onboarding programs for new joiners.
Teach company policies, CRM usage, legal compliance, and sales best practices.
Conduct role-playing exercises for client interactions, objections, and closing deals.
Pair new agents with mentors or experienced agents for shadowing.

2. Skill Development for Average Agents

Identify common weaknesses among mid-level agents and create targeted improvement plans.
Provide ongoing training on negotiation tactics, lead conversion, and client retention.
Conduct live-call coaching and feedback sessions.
Organize workshops with external sales trainers for advanced techniques.

3. Advanced Training for Experienced Agents

Deliver insights on market trends, investment strategies, and luxury sales techniques.
Host training on new real estate projects, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
Arrange industry expert guest speakers to provide external perspectives.
Facilitate mastermind groups for experienced agents to exchange high-level strategies.

4. Performance Monitoring & Coaching

Track agent progress using CRM and sales performance data.
Implement individual coaching plans for struggling agents.
Conduct one-on-one feedback sessions to refine selling techniques.
Work closely with sales managers to align training with business goals.

5. Industry Knowledge & Continuous Learning

Stay updated on legal changes, economic trends, and new real estate technologies.
Provide agents with resources on AI, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
Organize training on financial literacy, mortgage strategies, and tax planning for clients.

6. External Training & Development Partnerships

Identify and collaborate with top industry trainers for specialized workshops.
Build relationships with developers to get early insights into new projects.
Organize networking events, webinars, and mastermind sessions with industry leaders.

7. Leadership & Culture Development

Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Encourage knowledge-sharing among agents through internal events.
Create incentive-based learning programs (certifications, promotions based on training completion).Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 5+ years in real estate sales, coaching, or training roles.
Skills: Strong presentation, public speaking, and coaching skills.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs, AI-driven tools, and digital marketing in real estate.
Certifications: Coaching, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), or sales training certifications are a plus.
Personality: Engaging, motivating, and able to command attention in training sessions.
