Job Description
Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store
Ensure the strategy is in line with the stores’ brand, products, and target market
Generating sketches of a visual display that meets the store’s visual design requirements
Finalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for display areas
Sourcing the props creative materials and accessories for display
Installing and setting up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays, or supervising contractors hired for this purpose
Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes
Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations
Liaising with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, when necessary
Monitoring cost and working within a budget
Requirements
Any Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
3 – 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, Must be from the furniture or home decor industry.
Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Knowledge of store layout planning, display techniques, and branding principles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,500.00 per month
