Wellness Counsellor – Aesthetic Clinic | Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their wellness, aesthetic, and lifestyle goals.
- Recommend suitable aesthetic, wellness, and treatment packages based on client needs.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, packages, and aftercare clearly.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to convert consultations into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, nurses, and clinic teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly.
- Handle client inquiries professionally through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Wellness Counsellor, Beauty/Aesthetic Consultant, Sales Consultant, or similar role.
- Experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, wellness, beauty, or healthcare clinic is preferred.
- Strong communication, counselling, and sales skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Arabic and English speaking is preferred.
- Candidates currently in Qatar or available to relocate are preferred.
