Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Female Telesales Executive to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the UAE real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads and databases.
- Generate buyer and seller leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements.
- Schedule appointments for Property Consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to build long-term relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handovers.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively during all client interactions.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- UAE Real Estate experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of telesales experience in the UAE real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English , Arabic
- Confident in cold calling and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
