Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
- Identify customer requirements and introduce VAAO’s branding and advertising solutions.
- Schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and existing leads.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong telephone etiquette and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in advertising, signage, printing, or branding industries is preferred.
