Role Description
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments

Consult with clients to understand their real estate investment objectives and lifestyle requirements.
Offer expert advice on suitable off-plan properties.
Showcase off-plan properties, highlighting unique features and investment potential.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial client contact to closing deals.
Build and maintain a strong network within the real estate community
Negotiate and close real estate transactions
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
A minimum of bachelor’s degree with 1 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent
A deep understanding of the real estate market in Dubai and the UAE, including key trends and customer preferences. ( Prefer)
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of success.
Proficiency in English , knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Confident working in a commission-based environment
Ability to manage a team and provide mentorship and support.
In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, local markets, and best practices.
