Purpose of Job
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring all activities by the service team such as installations maintenance and service of all Reza Hygiene equipment’s, using the automated OMS Service Scheduling system. Maintains knowledge of standard work procedures and policies for performing all duties in a manner consistent with customer service, quality, financial management, and safety.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
Coordinate with Installation technicians on scheduled surveys, installations or maintenance visits at customer sites, and make sure all required equipment’s and spares are arranged prior to these visits
Coordinate with Refill technicians on scheduled customer visits, and monitor all tasks are performed with as minimum pending tasks as possible
Coordinate with Salesmen on all new and existing clients, and obtain all relevant information to be fed into OMS with regard to new or additional contracts/projects.
Coordinate with Clients concerning site appointments, customer queries, complaints, etc. • Co-ordinate with other departments such as Finance/ IT for securing resources for technicians and arrange with HR.
Coordinate with warehouse for obtaining stock items for technicians ahead of schedule. • Provide a high level of customer service with the focus on client satisfaction.
Ensure that invoices and weekly material picking list for individual technicians are prepared well in advance for the week ahead.
Enter and update all projects into the OMS as and when it expires in the system.
Communicates with customers regularly to stay informed of all pending or unperformed services by daily monitoring and get daily feedback on issues from the market.
Prepare invoices based on active and forthcoming projects.
Ensure all signed invoice copies are received back from all technicians after performing tasks, and constantly check with the technician on invoice delays.
Maintain a filing system for easy retrieval of invoices and service reports.
Coordinates with Sales staff to meet customer specifications and quality Standards.
Maintaining the inventory control for mobile warehouse.
Maintain financial documents related to services, with responsibility for accuracy and recordkeeping.
Report all accidents and incidents to the Line Manager.
Complies with Quality Assurance activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field.
3 years of professional experience.
Solid computer and systems knowledge.
Ability to Read, Write, and follow instruction in English language.
Ability to Read, Write, and follow instruction in other languages is an asset
