We are looking for an experienced Spa Therapist who is proficient in a comprehensive range of spa services, including massages, facials, waxing, and body treatments. The ideal candidate is a true professional who is comfortable, capable, and confident in delivering high-quality treatments to both female and male clientele. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, providing tailored wellness recommendations, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling completely refreshed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Premium Treatments: Perform professional and customized massages, advanced facials, precision waxing, and specialized body treatments.
- Mixed Clientele Service: Deliver exceptional and comfortable spa services to both female and male clients, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and etiquette.
- Client Consultations: Assess guests’ physical conditions, skin types, and wellness goals to recommend appropriate treatments and center products.
- Maintain Hygiene & Safety: Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are meticulously cleaned, sanitized, and organized between each session according to health and safety regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records, noting treatment details, preferences, and any contraindications.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with front desk staff, medical professionals, and fellow therapists to ensure a flawless guest experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Documented experience working as a Spa Therapist in a premium salon, spa, or medical center setting.
- Technical Expertise: Strong, hands-on knowledge of various massage modalities, facial techniques, waxing procedures, and full-body treatments.
- Client Comfort: Must be strictly professional, comfortable, and highly capable of handling appointments for both female and male clients.
- Certifications: Recognized certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or Aesthetics.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and a genuine passion for client care and wellness.
- Language: Fluency in English (Arabic or other additional languages are a plus).
