Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced Female Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence for a specialized Derma & Laser clinic. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of aesthetic and medical marketing, with the ability to create engaging, educational, and conversion-driven content that builds trust and attracts clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat)
- Create and execute a monthly content plan tailored to derma, laser, and skincare services
- Develop high-quality content including:
- Before & After cases
- Educational posts (skin care, laser, treatments)
- Reels & trending videos adapted to the clinic field
- Write professional, persuasive captions that reflect trust and expertise
- Handle daily engagement (comments, messages, inquiries) وتØويلها إلى Øجوزات
- Coordinate with doctors and specialists to produce accurate and credible content
- Stay updated with trends in aesthetics, skincare, and social media
- Monitor competitors and suggest growth strategies
- Analyze performance and optimize campaigns accordingly
Requirements (IMPORTANT)
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in social media management
- Previous experience in clinics, dermatology, aesthetics, or laser centers is a MUST
- Strong understanding of:
- Skincare treatments
- Laser procedures
- Patient concerns & objections
- Excellent copywriting skills (Arabic & English)
- Ability to create content that builds trust and drives bookings
- Strong sense of aesthetics and visual presentation
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva / basic editing apps)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UAE market (especially clinics & beauty industry)
- Familiar with medical marketing guidelines and sensitivity in before/after content
- Comfortable appearing on camera (plus, not mandatory)
