Female Salon Receptionist Jobs in Dubai at Bind Investments
We are seeking experienced Female Receptionist to join our team immediately in Dubai.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers arriving at the salon and provide them with the information regarding salon services.
Answer any service related questions
Determine customer’s need for salon services by figuring out their problem areas
Ensure that customers are handed over to the correct staff member for their services
Answer telephone calls and provide information to callers
Schedule appointments and make follow up calls to customers to remind them of their appointments
Handle appointment cancellation and shifting duties
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Salon, Clinic, or Hospital settings.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Currently based in Dubai.
