Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, developing and managing the company’s online presence, and driving online engagement through various digital channels. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to ensure the company’s brand is visible and impactful across digital platforms. The Digital Marketing Executive will also track and analyze campaign performance to optimize digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI.
Develop creative content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and other digital channels.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
Optimize website content for search engines to increase organic traffic.
Monitor SEO performance and suggest improvements to the website’s content and structure.
Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company’s presence on various social media platforms.
Create and schedule engaging content, interact with followers, and build a community around the brand.
Monitor social media trends and adapt the content strategy accordingly.
Analyze social media analytics to track the performance of posts and campaigns.
Content Creation:
Create engaging content for blogs, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines.
Ensure content is optimized for both SEO and audience engagement.
Website Management:
Monitor and update the company’s website to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement digital marketing strategies on the website.
Track website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics to improve website performance.
Email Marketing:
Create, design, and manage email marketing campaigns to engage customers and generate leads.
Monitor email performance (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and continuously improve campaigns based on data insights.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns through analytics and reporting.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Use analytics to adjust strategies and optimize future campaigns.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing strategies with overall marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Suggest new tools, platforms, or approaches to improve digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and content management systems (CMS).
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other design software is a plus.
