Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive outreach efforts including high-volume cold calling and networking to secure new clients.
Utilize deep industry knowledge to provide tailored private jet solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with both clients and operators within the business aviation landscape.
Utilize various CRM tools to maintain accurate client profiles and track communication.
Engage in detailed market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Develop marketing strategies to enhance visibility and attract potential clients to Mira Private Jet services.
Manage all aspects of flight bookings, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless experiences.
Be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and available for occasional international travel to meet client needs.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales within the aviation & luxury services sector.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Experience with CRM software and flight planning tools.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with high-net-worth clients.
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow in the aviation industry.
Fluent in English.
