We’re Hiring — Full-Time Sales Associate (Female) at Gloé
Mirdif Avenue Mall, Ground Floor, Dubai
Gloé is a premium skincare and cosmetics store known for our curated range of Korean and international beauty brands — 4.9★ rated with a loyal, growing customer base. We’re looking for a full-time female Sales Associate to join our small, friendly team.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome and assist customers with product recommendations across skincare, makeup, hair, and body care
- Build genuine relationships with regular customers — friendly, knowledgeable service is at the heart of Gloé
- Keep the store looking its best (stock, displays, cleanliness)
- Support with inventory and daily sales tracking
- Learn our products in depth, including key skincare ingredients (niacinamide, glycolic acid, and more) so you can genuinely guide customers
Schedule:
- 6-hour shifts, rotating: 10am–4pm or 4pm–10pm on weekdays; 10am–5pm or 5pm–12am on weekends
- One day off per week (Monday or Tuesday), plus one full day worked on Monday or Tuesday
Compensation & Benefits:
- AED 2,500 basic salary + 2–20% commission on all items sold
- 1-month paid probation (extended to 2 months if visa sponsorship is required)
- 1 month paid annual leave
