Job Description
We are currently looking for a professional and experienced Female Receptionist to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a medical environment and possess strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients / visitors professionally
- Handle appointments, calls, and inquiries
- Manage front desk operations efficiently
- Maintain patient records and basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate with medical staff and management
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Medical Center, Clinic, or Hospital
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written preferred)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Immediate joining preferred
Job Details
- Duty Hours: 8 Hours per Day
- Weekly Off: 1 Day
- Overtime: If duty extends to 10 hours, overtime will be provided as per company policy
- Salary: QAR 3,500 Full Package
