Are you an organized, friendly, and customer-oriented individual? We are looking for a Receptionist cum Marketing to be the face of our clinic/office and provide excellent service to our clients!
Responsibilities:
✔ Greet and assist clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
✔ Answer and direct phone calls professionally
✔ Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently
✔ Handle administrative tasks, including data entry and document organization
✔ Maintain a clean and organized reception area
✔ Assist with inquiries and provide necessary information
✔ Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
✔ Promote and sell products/services to potential customers
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔ Conduct market research and identify business opportunities
✔ Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service
✔ Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
✅ Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
