We are looking for an experienced Foreman to oversee on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring work is completed on schedule, to the required quality, and in compliance with safety standards.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Forman in civil construction
Proven ability to supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and laborers
Strong understanding of site safety, quality control, and construction processes
Experience in material management, deliveries, and site logistics
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
