Role Overview
As a PR & Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing PR and marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage with our target audience. This role involves working closely with media, managing digital marketing efforts, and creating compelling content across multiple platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesPR & Media Relations:
Prepare and distribute press releases and promotional materials.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Assist our Head of Marketing & PR
Marketing Communications:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services.
Generate and contribute ideas for content plans for social media.
Prepare advertising copy, presentations, and marketing materials.
Analytics & Customer Development:
Conduct market research on target audiences, competitors, and partners.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
Stakeholder Communications:
Communicate with partners, clients, free zones, and other key market players.
Participate in negotiations and assist in preparing partner materials.
Content Creation:
Write speeches, presentations, and scripts for public events or podcasts.
Assist in podcast production: hosting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at B2 level or higher.
Residency in the UAE and knowledge of the local market is a plus.
Strong writing skills for press releases, articles, and advertising copy.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including social media management and content marketing.
Familiarity with analytical tools (Google Analytics, social media metrics, etc.).
Excellent organizational skills, creativity, and ability to multitask.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new PR and marketing ideas.
Analytical skills with attention to detail in data analysis.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills.
What We Offer
Monthly salary of AED 13,000 during the probation period.
Full-time employment contract for 2 years with renewal options.
Company-sponsored UAE residence visa as per UAE law.
Paid work-related travel expenses.
Annual leave: 30 days (split into two 15-day periods).
Additional Information:
Probation period: 3 months.
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days a week.
