Required Female Personal Assistant for Company’s Chairman for a Real Estate Development Company to ensure the efficient management of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare correspondence & reports
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Organize travel arrangements and maintain confidential records.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good Communication Skills
- Presentable and well-groomed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Having experience is Luxury Lifestyle sector is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
