We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to prepare high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods for a private household. The ideal candidate will create customized menu items, maintain exceptional food quality standards, and ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and baked goods.
- Develop menus based on the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.
- Ensure freshness, quality, and consistency of all products.
- Manage ingredient sourcing, inventory, and stock control.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Prepare desserts and baked items for family events and special occasions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert preparation.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
